Floridino’s has been offering catering services for 20+ years and has established a name well known in the East Valley. We pride ourselves on making your event memorable, yummy, and worry-free. Our staff is passionate about customer service and giving you a top-notch event no matter how big or small.

We cater all kinds of events: corporate events, business luncheons, training sessions, weddings, graduations, birthdays, anniversary parties, dinner parties, church picnics, and more.

We now offer easy online ordering for catering pick-up and delivery! If your delivery is outside our standard range, or you’d like to have a service option, please click the Delivery/Service Request button and submit the form.

Preferably more than a week’s notice. We can make delivery arrangements for large orders and/or catering depending on staffing availability, but do not have dedicated staff for deliveries. For orders placed within one week of desired delivery date, we will do our best to accommodate you; pick-up is always available for orders of any size.

The service package you choose will be influenced by your menu and the type of event you are hosting. We are happy to work through the options with you to ensure a perfect fit for your special event. Each package and what it includes is explained in detail below. Gratuity is not included in any of the service fees.

To secure your date and time, a 10% non-refundable date retainer is required. This is based on the current estimate and will be applied to your final invoice. Complete the online request form at floridinos.net/cateringrequest and note that you would like to complete the date retainer payment.

Standard delivery starts at $35 for orders under $500 within 15 driving miles. For orders over 15 miles, an additional charge of $1 per mile both directions will be added. For orders over $500, a delivery fee will be calculated as 8% of the invoice. Service Express delivery starts at $50 within 15 driving miles and Full Service delivery starts at $75 within 15 driving miles. Delivery is structured based on distance and transportation of varying amounts of supplies based on your service option. For orders whose delivery time is over one hour round trip, we charge a personnel fee of $30 per hour for each staff member for time spent traveling to the event location.

Service Express is an affordable option for smaller events to comfortably have an elevated buffet experience without the price tag of Full Service. Service Express events include all of the displayware needed to set up a buffet. A staff member will arrive with the supplies, load the buffet with your food, and leave you and your guests to enjoy. You have 48 hours to return the entire buffet setup. Two chafing dishes are included in the $75 price; additional chafing dishes are $10 per dish. This package is not available for events with servers through Floridino’s; Full Service must be used.

Full Service is designed to create a buffet experience that leaves you wowed. It includes all displayware needed to set up a buffet. A member of our staff will set up the buffet with custom vines and decor, place your food into chafing dishes, and display it to your preference level based on your event start time. Our staff will leave for two hours so you can enjoy, then return to break down the buffet and box up leftovers. Full Service events are 15% of the invoice with a $250 minimum.

Both options provide elevated buffet food service. With Service Express, you are charged a flat rate per package. It includes setup of the buffet only, and you are responsible for returning the items within 48 hours. Full Service is priced off your invoice and includes both setup and breakdown of the buffet.

We do not add gratuity to any catering orders. Any service or delivery fees are not gratuity. Additional gratuity is at the discretion of the client. It is never required, but always appreciated.

Our packages include disposable white styrofoam dinnerware at no additional cost upon request, black plastic dinnerware at $0.50 per person, crystal plastic dinnerware at $2 per person, and white china with silver flatware at $3 per person. Customers are welcome to provide their own. We also have linen napkins and charger options available for rent.

We prefer that you have an approximate count when you put down your date deposit. Then, the week before your event, provide a more exact count with a buffer of 96 hours to make minor additions. If you have a huge change either way, please let us know.

We only offer buffet style. If your event is over 75 people, we recommend a double-sided buffet. If you are closer to 150-200+ people, we now offer a second buffet setup for an additional fee.

No, we do not offer beverages for caterings.

No, we do not offer a pasta bar with plain noodles and separate sauces. The pasta’s quality does not meet our standards without sauce. We do offer a variety of pasta options served buffet style.
