Banquet Contract

  1. ROOM RENTAL PRICING:
    1. THE ROOM IS RENTED OUT IN 3-HOUR TIME BLOCKS. THERE IS A $400 MINIMUM PURCHASE IN FOOD AND DRINK (EXCLUDING TAX AND GRATUITY), FOR USE OF THE ROOM (A $300 minimum is required for Mon-Fri lunch reservations).
    2. THREE-HOUR TIME BLOCKS MAY BE CHOSEN DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
      1. SUN-THUR 11AM-8PM
      2. FRI-SAT 11AM-9PM
    3. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, FLORIDINO’S RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE TIME SLOTS DURING PEAK DAYS & MONTHS.
    4. THE FOLLOWING TIME BLOCKS ARE DESIGNATED ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS IN MAY AND DECEMBER:
      1. DAYTIME (11AM-3:30PM) 3 HOUR TIME BLOCK
      2. EVENING (4PM-7PM) OR (7:30PM-10:30PM)
      3. *A maximum 3 hour timeslot per group for May and December
  2. THE THREE HOUR BLOCK OF TIME INCLUDES ANY TIME NEEDED BY THE HOST (YOU) TO DECORATE AND TO PACK UP AND VACATE THE ROOM.  ADDITIONAL TIME MAY BE ARRANGED FOR A FEE OF $25 PER HALF HOUR. THE ADDITIONAL TIME MUST BE PURCHASED AT BOOKING. DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, MORE TIME MAY BE PURCHASED AT TIME OF EVENT FOR THE SAME PRICE. NOT APPLICABLE DURING MAY AND DECEMBER.
  3. ROOM RESERVATIONS INCLUDE HOUSE LINEN, DINNERWARE, AND FLATWARE.  FOR INFORMATION ABOUT ADDITIONAL DECOR RENTALS, PLEASE INQUIRE.
  4. ADDITIONAL DECORATIONS BROUGHT IN BY THE CLIENT MUST BE APPROVED BY THE BANQUET MANAGER, PRIOR TO THE FUNCTION. CONFETTI AND ITEMS HANGED FROM CEILING ARE NOT PERMITTED. NAILS, TAPE, OR STAPLES CANNOT BE USED. DECORATION WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO DECORATING OF THE ROOM. 
  5. FIVE DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, THE FOOD MENU MUST BE CONFIRMED. TWO DAYS PRIOR THE MINIMUM GUEST COUNT MUST BE CONFIRMED.
  6. THE CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE GUARANTEED MINIMUM GUEST COUNT AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE PRICE PER PERSON FOR ANY GUESTS ABOVE THE GUARANTEED AMOUNT. 
  7. PARTIES OF 25 OR MORE GUESTS WILL ONLY BE SERVED THE BUFFET OPTION. SEPARATE ENTRÉE ORDERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. SOME EXCEPTIONS MAY BE PERMITTED DUE TO DIETARY LIMITATIONS. IF THIS IS NEEDED, PLEASE DISCUSS WITH THE BANQUET COORDINATOR PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. BUFFET ITEMS WILL ALL BE CHARGED ON ONE CHECK, AND GIVEN TO THE HOST.
  8. COUPONS AND SPECIALTY PRICING ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO PRIVATE BANQUET PARTIES.
  9. ONLY CASH AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. GIFTCARD PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO BANQUET ROOM PURCHASES. 
  10. ALL FOOD WILL BE PREPARED BY FLORIDINO’S PIZZA & PASTA. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES FROM THE OUTSIDE WILL BE ALLOWED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DESSERTS. ALL OUTSIDE DESSERT ITEMS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE BANQUET MANAGER PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
  11. ALL OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE BANQUET MANAGER, PRIOR TO THE EVENT. NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC. 
  12. THE CLIENT AGREES TO BEGIN THE FUNCTION PROMPTLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. THE CLIENT FURTHER AGREES TO HAVE ALL ATTENDEES VACATE THE FUNCTION ROOM AND HAVE ALL EQUIPMENT, MEETING MATERIALS, AND PERSONAL ITEMS REMOVED BY THE INDICATED CLOSING TIME.  IF THE CLIENT EXCEEDS THEIR RESERVATION TIME BY MORE THAN 5 MINUTES, THE ADDITIONAL TIME ROOM CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED. SEE #2. IN ADDITION, FLORIDINO’S STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT ALLOW EARLY ENTRY DUE TO STAFF SCHEDULING AND PRIOR PARTY RESERVATIONS.  ALL EARLY ENTRY MUST BE APPROVED THROUGH THE BANQUET MANAGER, PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE, OTHERWISE ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE APPLIED. 
  13. THE CLIENT WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE CLIENT OR ANY OF THE CLIENT’S GUESTS OR ATTENDEES, WHETHER IN THE RESERVED BANQUET ROOMS OR IN ANY PART OF THE RESTAURANT. THE CLIENT MAY INSPECT PREMISES WITH THE BANQUET MANAGER PRIOR TO THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT.  FLORIDINO’S PIZZA & PASTA WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY PERSONAL ITEMS IN THE BANQUET ROOM OR ON COMPANY PROPERTY.
  14. FLORIDINO’S PIZZA & PASTA RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EXCLUDE OR REJECT ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS FROM THE FUNCTION AND THE RESTAURANT, WITHOUT LIABILITY. 
  15. FLORIDINO’S PIZZA & PASTA IS LICENSED BY THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR LICENSE AND CONTROL, AND AS SUCH, IS SUBJECT TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE ARIZONA LIQUOR LAWS. THEREFORE, IT IS NOT PERMITTED THAT ANY TYPE OF BEVERAGES BE BROUGHT ON TO OR TAKEN FROM THE PREMISES BY THE CLIENT OR ANY OF THE CLIENT’S GUESTS OR ATTENDEES. STRICT ENFORCEMENT WILL ALSO BE ADHERED TO WITH REGARD TO AGE REQUIREMENTS (21 YRS) FOR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL.
  16. FLORIDINO’S MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SHUT DOWN A FUNCTION DUE TO DISORDERLY CONDUCT, ILLEGAL DRINKING BY A MINOR, INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR, OR ANY OTHER REASON THAT MAY JEOPARDIZE PERSONNEL, LICENSE OR GUEST.  THIS WILL ALSO RESULT IN A FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT. 
  17. ALL APPLICABLE TAXES (8.1%) AND GRATUITIES (20%) ARE IN ADDITION TO THE PRICES LISTED IN OUR BROCHURE. 
  18. A 20% GRATUITY WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR BILL.  THIS WILL COVER ALL SET-UP, SERVICE THROUGHOUT, AND CLEAN UP FROM YOUR EVENT.
  19. THE HOST (PERSONS SIGNING THE CONTRACT) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF SERVICES BY COMMENCEMENT OF RESERVATION.  ALL BUFFET ORDERS AND/OR PRE-ORDERED FOOD AND DRINK ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED ON ONE BILL.  SEPARATE CHECKS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN FOR FOOD AND DRINK ITEMS ORDERED DURING THE EVENT.  HOWEVER, MULTIPLE PAYMENT TYPES FOR ONE BILL WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  20. A COMPLETED CONTRACT AND A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 DEPOSIT ARE REQUIRED TO RESERVE THE BANQUET ROOM AND SCHEDULE YOUR EVENT. THE $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TOWARD YOUR BALANCE.

A 20% GRATUITY WILL BE ADDED TO ALL TABS. SEE #18

  ALL BUFFET ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED ON ONE CHECK. SEE #7

I WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN THIS CONTRACT. IF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, I UNDERSTAND FLORIDINO’S HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE FUNCTION AND ALL MONEY PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING SIGNED CONTRACT, FLORIDINO’S BANQUET COORDINATORS WILL CONTACT YOU FOR THE CONFIRMATION. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION WITHIN THE 48 HOUR TIME, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT OUR BANQUET MANAGER AT (480)567-9736 EXT. 2.
